How do I deal with anxiety? I've been overthinking everything lately.
Anxiety is not a weakness of faith — the Quran meets it directly. Allah does not burden any soul beyond what it can bear, and He promises twice in a single surah: “For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.”
The Prophet ﷺ taught that no worry, hurt or distress touches a believer — even the prick of a thorn — without Allah removing sins through it.
A place to begin tonight: pray two rak'ahs slowly, then the du'a of distress.

The app says this at the bottom of every thread: Iman AI can make mistakes — check the sources.
- Verbatim Arabic
- Every Arabic verse in the app is the Uthmani text from Tanzil, fetched once and shipped. It is never generated, never re-typed, never approximated.
- Hadith carry a grading
- A narration arrives with its collection, its number and its grade, so you know what weight it holds before you act on it.
- 60 answers that cost no AI at all
- The Explore library was written and checked in advance against the real verse text. Mis-citations were dropped. Those answers cannot hallucinate, because nothing generates them.
- It sends you to a scholar
- Iman AI presents what the sources say and names where scholars differ. It does not issue personal rulings, and it says so.
